With the input and advice of hundreds of loyal customers, we developed the best maintenance-free units on the market. Forty years ago when the patient was just running out on the Hydrostatic testing, we were building the old manual style test units. It finally became so hard to hire C.D.L drivers that we had scaled down to a 25,900-pound GVW truck to get rid of the excess weight.

We designed the first trucks that operated from the driver’s seat inside the cab with A.C., heat, and radio. These units really took off as we currently have over 300 units working all over the United States. We keep a full inventory of all the hydraulics and components on hand at all times. However, we use all standard components that are available anywhere in the United States and we can help troubleshoot any issues on the phone. All of our units have our high-speed KMW winch with the hydraulic motor brake and the secondary band brake. These same units are available with the rear cab for those who prefer. We realize that everyone has different procedures and applications so we can customize to any and all needs. There are several techs here that have tested tubing for over ten years that can walk you through any issues you may be having on location. The standard packages come completely tooled out with 2 ⅜ and 2 ⅞ bar tools. They are hosed, wirelined, painted, and ready for the field when you pick them up.

As for tolling, we stock 1 ¼ through 5 ½ single stage or double stage bar tools. We also stick 2 ⅜, 2 ⅞, and 3 ½ drag-style tools. Most of our customers, however, drag their bars with slips and water savers. Kiker machine prides itself on being a full-service hydro-testing store.
